DEALSSUPPLIES ships to all 50 states and any territory bearing a U.S. zip code. (International orders are defined as shipments addressed to countries other than U.S. states or Territories.)

Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door, first floor for residential dwellings and to the appropriate floor of commercial buildings with elevators. If you require additional service, please call customer service to arrange. Additional fees will apply.

Expected Delivery Times

Order processing for each item are based on orders placed online or via phone before 5 p.m and via fax by 3:00 p.m. local time, pending product availability. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 5 p.m. local time Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.

Orders are shipped using UPS, Fedex or USPS from our main warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States and If your order is shipped in multiple boxes or separate shipments the total shipping charges are not affected because We will not charge you extra for split shipments. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back-ordered inventory in our warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.

We deliver to APO/FPO addresses.Due to certain restrictions, government orders or orders being shipped to an APO/FPO address all orders are shipped using USPS so delivery times may vary.Packages that are larger or heavier than the standards set by USPS are not available for delivery.

How can I get free delivery?

Place a qualifying order of $50 or more with dealssupplies.com, and your delivery will be FREE. Minimum purchase required is calculated after discounts and before taxes are applied. The following restrictions apply:

Special Orders (including items shipped directly from the manufacturer)are excluded. Delivery fees, if any, will be noted at checkout. A delivery fee will be charged for orders less than $50. Minimum fee is $9.95.

Delivery charges apply for all orders outside of the continental United States. Delivery fees, if any, will be noted at checkout. Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective also there are no hidden charges all fees are disclosed in check out. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice. Based on inventory location, items may arrive in more than one shipment.
