If for some reason there is a problem with your purchase,
you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:
Office supplies may be returned for a full refund within 30 days for all defective products with a Return Material Authorization number and the original sales receipt or exchanged for an similar item from when you made your purchase. Returns for Defective returns after 30 Days will not be eligible for an exact-item exchange or a Merchandise Credit but a manufactures warranty.
Items no longer stocked by Officeonlinedeals will not be eligible for return.
Returns in their original unopened packaging within 14 days of the original purchase date with a Return Material Authorization number, the original sales receipt will be eligible for a refund and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds for credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase.
. All returns that are sent without a Return Material Authorization number and the original sales receipt will be issued a Merchandise Credit subject to verification of our policy above.
Non-Refundable: Special Order,items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.Any Special order that is cancelled before delivery will receive a 15% restocking fee.
