100% Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Methods for Returns with original receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation ("Original Receipt").
Technology and consumer electronic products may only be exchanged or returned with their Original Receipt and in their original, unopened packaging with UPC code within 14 days of purchase. If box is opened, only an exchange will be offered and a 15% Restocking Fee will be applied. Opened software may be exchanged for the same item only.
Please remember to remove all personal data from exchanged/returned products.
DEALSSUPPLIES is not responsible for any personal data left in or on an exchanged/returned product.
Ink/toner may be returned for a full refund if in the original, unopened packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date with the original sales receipt (as defined above). Opened ink/toner or ink/toner without the original sales receipt will be eligible for an exact-item exchange. Ink/toner no longer stocked by DEALSSUPPLIES will not be eligible for return.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase (checks over $250 will be refunded via a mail check to the customer). Refunds for credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase.
Non-Refundable: Special Order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets our guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy, you may request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 30 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon as possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
