Expedited delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 12 noon EST, pending product availability.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 5 p.m. EST. Monday through Friday (business days)
will be processed the following business day.
Deliveries will be made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Residential deliveries via FedEx and UPS
are made Monday through Friday until 7 PM.
Items may arrive in more than one shipment and there will only be only one charge will show on your credit card statement.
Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door, first floor for residential dwellings and to the appropriate floor
of commercial buildings with elevators.
If you require additional service, please call customer service to arrange. Additional fees will apply.
Yes, we deliver to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Delivery time by US Mail to APO/FPO addresses varies and is beyond our control.
Packages must follow the USPS domestic mailing standards.
